We all live pretty busy lives. Juggling school, work, training and friends can be quite time consuming and sometimes you have to give one thing up for the other. That was the situation for me today, after a super hectic weekend I was greeted with an even more hectic monday. I knew that once I left the house I wouldn’t be back until around midnight and therefore would not be able to do my proper training session.
On days like these I am glad that I have Mandy Ingber’s Yogalosophy. It is a great 45 minute program that targets all the major muscles, and even muscles that I didn’t know that I had. I was quite surprised that this actually worked up a sweat for me. Ingber’s video is great, with motivating words and the way she guides you through the exercises is just brilliant.
So for all you busy-bee’s out there, I highly recommend this video, it’s quick and good and leaves you feeling like you’ve done your training for now, leaves you completely satisfied. I for one expect being sore tomorrow.
