Quinoa & Cheese. When I crave Mac & Cheese
• 1/3 - 1/2 cup quinoa
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup cheese of choice
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• pinch oregano
• pinch sea salt
—> Put your quinoa and water in a pot, bring to a boil then let it simmer, this could take 10-15 minutes till the water is absorbed
—> Mix in the salt, oregano, garlic powder and cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
—> ENJOY! x

It’s pasta time for this girl again!
My plate is half & half - one part is organic whole wheat pasta, with minced tomato garlic sauce, mushrooms and onion with sliced chicken sausage. The other part is a avocado & pear salad on a bed of spinach and cucumber, with a hard boiled egg mixed with it!

I’ve actually been feeling a bit bloated the past few days - I’m going to try this & let you guys know how it works! x
